I love everything about this brand - from their comfortable, fashion forward products, their company ethos and their customer service. I’ve had to send shoes back a few times and I’ve had never had issues. Their service is on point - especially if you have questions about fit and size. They truly have the customer in mind with the way they design and sell shoes, it really shows and as a customer I feel valued by the business. I have four pairs of shoes and two bags and can’t wait to add to my collection. Thank you team Radical Yes!

I have been a long time lover of this wonderful brand. Their products are consistently of excellent quality and exactly as described on their website. I don't live in Melbourne and it can be difficult to buy shoes online and to always get it right. I purchased a pair of runners that were too small despite them being marked as my size. I queried the sizing as they even looked shorter than others I had bought. I had worn them once thinking they might stretch out, but they were just too short. The service team could not have been more helpful. They made the process so quick and easy and painless. I took the option of a store credit, and happily bought another product. I recommend Radical Yes to everyone I know, and also to strangers who happen to comment on my cool shoes or bag (and that happens regularly). Thanks so much. 5 stars

Designs are beautiful but the quality of the shoes is not great in terms of durability considering the price we pay for it. A $300 pair of boots should last forever, not for one winter only (and so the sandals… very fragile leather). However when I reached out for them they offered me a lot of support and ways to look after my shoes. Again I’d love to not have to look after them so much, but the customer service is just lovely. I love to support this business and I still keep going for their bags, but unfortunately, I just don’t buy their gorgeous shoes anymore because I’m afraid they will not last. I really hope they improve the quality tho because the designs are amazing and they are EXTREMELY comfy.

I adore my beautiful bright green half sandals half shoes. I love the wet suit fabric. I would have given 5 stars but I have noticed that the green paint colour on the sole is fading and slightly cracking. I thought I would let you know that your manufacturer is using colour paint on the sole that does not last. Your design, colour is absolute class, I love your shoes so much so please accept this in the spirit I am letting you know. I can see that you care about your creations. Thank you so much

I wanted to say a big thank you for making such amazing shoes, I have quite a few pairs and love every single pair! Your shoes are beautiful to wear, and so comfortable, they always make me feel just that little bit special! I have both pairs of your trainers, the purple and the olive, I don't think there is another trainer that would even come close to yours! Last week I did a 14km walk and wore my olive trainers, my feet did not suffer at all. I would never buy shoes anywhere else, thank you Radical Yes!

Great service via email and ordering online, the lovely staff helped me choose the right size in Neptune 2.0 Sandals in Black and Milk without having tried them on. I have Lunar boots in size 40 but they suggested size 39 for Neptune sandals as they run slightly longer, and when they arrived the sandals fit perfectly! They are my second RY purchase and I will probably get more in the future as they are high quality, well constructed and comfy! I already have my eye on the Sunny 2.0 neoprene boots... :)

My first purchase with radical yes these runners are great love the colour - very comfy with or without the insole size 9 Ladies AU - 62 yrs old - and a wide foot fit is very good and they breath great for summer my feet get very hot. Plus nice with sox for winter very light too - if they make more colours I will be getting them
